Naale is a highly successful program that brings teenagers from all over the world to Israel to complete their high school education. They arrive without their parents and receive support and guidance at residential schools to learn Hebrew and graduate high school.
Many of the Naale participants are outstanding students. They have the potential to go to college and study in high demand fields in engineering and science. However, upon discharge from the army, many of them must work in order to support themselves.
Now, in conjunction with the Jewish Agency for Israel, Atidim has established the Naale to Atidim program to give these students the vital support they need to complete their college education and work in leading science and high tech professions. These students will play an important role in safeguarding Israel’s competitive technological edge in the global economy.
Atidim will provide assistance for these pupils to take their college entrance exams, along with educational support and guidance to maximize their potential. During their three-year military service they can participate in conferences and workshops to assist them in the college application process.
Upon their discharge from the army, Naale graduates who choose to study engineering or science, and meet the academic criteria, will begin their studies through the Atidim in Industry program. They will receive a full tuition scholarship, a living stipend, a personal laptop computer, academic and personal support and an internship in an industrial or high tech company that will lead to permanent high level employment.
