Our Objectives

Atidim will continue to work towards creating a variety of opportunities for the enrichment, advancement and integration of outstanding youth from the periphery into the military, industry, business and public sectors.  These young people will, in turn, generate future employment opportunities and become a leading force behind industrial development, and be at the forefront of technology and scientific innovation.
 
Education, higher education, excellence and equal opportunity are the basis and underlying concept for all Atidim activities and programs.
 
20,000 pupils will be enrolled in Pre-Atidim, by the year 2010
40 cadets per cycle in the Cadets for Public Service Program, by 2010
500 young people will be accepted annually to the Atidim for Industry and the Business Sector Program, by the year 2010
 
Atidim will continue to work towards creating and deepening cooperation and partnerships, and will raise the funds to ensure that the continuation of the programs’ activities over the long term as well as the ability to initiate new programs with the goal of realizing the human potential in the periphery for the benefit of the individual, society, and the Israeli economy.
